The Work Sharp Professional Precision Adjust is an advanced knife sharpening system for those who want high precision and full control over the sharpening angle. With a digital angle indicator, an adjustable sharpening angle between 15° and 30°, and seven different sharpening edges, you can sharpen everything from pocket knives to kitchen and hunting knives with consistent and repeatable results.

Precise sharpening angle with digital display

The digital angle indicator makes it easy to set the sharpening angle between 15° and 30° with an accuracy of ±0.25°. This helps you achieve the same angle on both sides of the cutting edge and a consistent finish.

Seven sharpening edges for a complete sharpening job

The system comes with diamond sharpening stones in 220, 320, 400, 600 and 800 grit for effective sharpening from coarse to fine edges. A ceramic whetstone and leather strop are used for fine grinding, polishing and an extra-sharp finish.

A ceramic rod on the handle can also be used to maintain serrated knives.

Stable and secure knife clamping

The V-Block Clamp™ holds the knife securely in place whilst sharpening and makes it easy to rotate the knife between the sides. The stable metal base provides good support even when sharpening larger knives.

A separate holder for small knives is included, allowing you to sharpen smaller pocket and pen knives from 15°.
